Subscription Service
  • 1.1 By subscribing to our service, you agree to a 4-week subscription cycle, receiving weekly shipments of fresh dog food every Monday.
  • 1.2 Subscription Agreement: You are agreeing to prepay for four week's supply (7 daily pouches) for a 4-week period. Weekly shipments are handled every Monday and dispatched via UPS Ground with one-day delivery.
  • 1.3 Introductory Promo: First-time customers receive 50% off their first 4 weeks and 20% off the subsequent billing cycle on a recurring basis until cancellation. This promotion is account-specific to prevent misuse. Creating multiple accounts to exploit this offer may lead to cancellation of all subscriptions and possible charges at the original price.
  • 1.4 Shipment Schedule: Regardless of your subscription start day (Tuesday-Sunday), your first shipment will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • 1.5 We reserve the right to change or discontinue any aspect of our service, including pricing, without prior notice. However, any modifications or cancellations made after a payment has been processed will not affect that particular shipment.
  • 1.6 Meal Modifications: You can change your meal plan and daily pouch size by logging into your customer portal or contacting our customer support for assistance.
One-Time Purchase
  • 2.1 Single Week Purchase: Customers have the option to make a one-time purchase of a week's worth of product without subscribing.
  • 2.2 Payment Terms for One-Time Purchase: Payment for one-time purchases is required at the time of order.
  • 2.3 No Subscription Benefits: One-time purchasers are not eligible for subscription benefits, including discounts, introductory promos, free shipping, and our BPA-free silicone food storage container.
Fresh Dog Food
  • 3.1 Our fresh dog food is made from high-quality ingredients and prepared with care to ensure optimal nutrition for your furry companion.
  • 3.2 It is your responsibility to properly store and handle the fresh dog food upon delivery. Follow the provided storage instructions to maintain its quality and freshness.
  • 3.3 While we strive to meet your dog's dietary requirements, it is recommended that you consult with your veterinarian before starting or modifying any dietary plan.
Returns and Refunds
  • 4.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues or are dissatisfied with a particular shipment, please contact our customer support team, and we will work towards finding a suitable resolution.
  • 4.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be provided at our discretion and may be subject to certain conditions, such as providing detailed feedback or returning the unused portion of the product.
  • 4.3 If you're not satisfied with your first week's Vitachow products, please contact us. We highly value your feedback and are committed to resolving any issues to meet your expectations and uphold our high standards.

  • 5.2 We shall not be held responsible for any adverse reactions or health issues that may occur due to your dog's consumption of our fresh dog food.
