Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Products must not be expired or close to expiration
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Products must be returned in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of pet food products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened bags or containers of dog food
  • Products that have been exposed to moisture or contaminants
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance (final sale items)
  • Products returned after the 30-day window

Quality Issues

If your product arrives damaged, spoiled, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or affected product (if possible)

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@Vitachowdogfood.com to request a return authorization
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable
  4. Ship the product back in its original packaging
  5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your bank or credit card company (typically 3-7 business days)
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a quality issue or our error

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our return policy. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@Vitachowdogfood.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
